FRESH HONDURAN FLAVORS DAILY

¡Buen Provecho!
Whether you're craving a taste of home or trying Honduran food for the first time, Rosita's is here to welcome you. We know what it feels like to miss the comfort of your mother's cooking, and we've built this place to be somewhere you feel safe, seen, and cared for, no matter where you're from. Come sit at our table, and let us serve you the way our mother served this community for years.
Our History
Rosa was born May 8, 1976, in La Ceiba, Honduras. She came to the United States at the age of 17 and attended University High School. Rosa dedicated herself to working in healthcare including Providence and home health. In 2018, she felt the calling of the Lord to open her own Christian gift shop, Casa de Bendición. Rosa then branched out and introduced Antojitos Centroamericanos, a Honduran Restaurant.
Rosa Rodriguez passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. When she passed away, her daughters chose to rename the restaurant after her so honor her.

A Family Legacy
Today, Rosita's is carried forward by us, Rosa's daughters, Michelle and Abigail. Michelle leads the front of the restaurant, welcoming guests the way our mother always did, while Abigail brings our mother's recipes to life in the kitchen. Together, we've reopened Rosita's not just to keep our mother's dream alive, but to reach even more people than she was able to, sharing authentic Honduran food, faith, and community with everyone who walks through the door.

Dine In or Enjoy on the Go
